Concept File Desk
The concept file desk records a file that is already cleared to circulate: its name, its date, what changed from the previous version, and who may keep using it. It is not a cloud-storage product page, and it does not store finished images that were not provided.
You send
The file name, the date, the change note, and whether it may still be used in public.
You receive
A version record that can be checked. A stale or unconfirmed version is marked, not presented as current.
Not included
No unlicensed stock photos, and no scan of the business license.
